The China Commodity Inspection Bureau inspects all herbal products to ascertain that they conform with the current phytosanitary regulations of USA.
Border Inspection
Herbal ingredients and products imported into the USA are inspected by various US government agencies for noxious/invasive plants, potentially unsafe herbs, etc.
