Please read and review these Terms of Service Agreement
very carefully. By accessing or using our products, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to
the Terms of Service Agreement.
About Dr. Xie's Jing Tang VIP Membership
This membership is for Licensed Veterinarians Only. Please DO NOT apply if you are not a Licensed Veterinarian.
Shipping:
1.
Shipping is sent by UPS except for international
orders. UPS ground, 3-day, 2-day and next day services
are available.
2.
Packages delivered by USPS may be shipped by Priority or Express
mail. All
packages sent by USPS are charged a $1.5 courier fee in addition to the shipping Charges.
3.
We may drop ship to 3rd parties as requested by
a licensed veterinarian.
Payment:
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Net terms are available with approved credit. UPS
charges a $9.00 fee for C.O.D. orders which is additional
to the normal shipping fee.
Damages and Returns:
Please
notify our staff immediately after receiving damaged
items as exchanges and returns are only honored within
30 days of receipt of shipment.
1.
For shipping damages, please do not throw away the
packing material as a UPS claim person will inspect
the shipment.
2.
For return, please call 800-891-1986 to get an return
authorization from our staff before returning merchandise.
3. Authorized returns
made within 30 days of receipt of
shipment are 100% refundable.
4. Authorized returns made after 30 days but within 90 days of receipt of
shipment are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
5.No returns
are accepted after 90 days of receipt of
shipment. Opened, marked or tagged
merchandise can NOT be returned.
Price & Availability:
We try to
maintain our usual low prices but due to fluctuations
in world market prices, the prices of raw herbs are
out of our control, as such prices are occasionally
subject to change without notice. Occasionally some
products may be unavailable. Our staff will make substitute
recommendations or gladly place the item on backorder
if requested.
Medical Information:
We may offer
general information relating to various medical conditions
and their treatment for animals. Such information
is provided for informational purposes only and is
not meant to be a substitute for advice provided by
a veterinarian.
Privacy:
Dr. Xie's
Jing-tang respects the privacy of its clients. All
information is confidential and is not sold, rented
or traded to any outside entity. Please refer to our
Privacy Policy that explains client's rights and responsibilities.
Trademarks:
All product
names, whether or not with the trademark symbol, are
trademarks of Dr. Xie's Jing-tang, Inc. The use or
misuse of these trademarks or any other materials,
except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited
and may be in violation of copyright law, trademark
law, the law of slander and libel, the law of privacy
and publicity, the communications regulations and
statutes. Please be advised that Dr. Xie's Jing-tang
actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual
property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
Void Where Prohibited:
This service
agreement is intended to comply with the laws and
regulations in the U.S. A. Dr. Xie's Jing-tang reserves
the right to limit provision of our products or services
to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and
/or limit the quantities or any products or services
we provide. Any offer for any product or service made
on this agreement is void where prohibited.
